What is a Marketing Funnel

Apr 6

What exactly is a channel for marketing and what are the reasons why an online marketer need one?

It's a strategy for marketing that is designed to draw new customers to your website. It is a process of selling in which someone visits your website to look up the information they need to solve their problem. With certain tools you will be able to learn to develop a relationship and build trust with each user.

This will allow you to understand the visitors' needs. This will allow you to provide the most relevant information possible for all visitors. When you have gained the trust of a potential customer, that person will be more confident purchasing items. The visitor then becomes a client.

At some point, many customers turn into very loyal clients who are willing to buy any product that your website promotes. The marketing funnel is a collection of the various steps that are involved in turning visitors to customer who will buy anything you sell.

This is the goal that should be achieved. This can easily be accomplished with a well-constructed funnel.

Your marketing tools are attracted the attention of people and bringing them into the funnel. When they complete the PERSONAL form, they will be automatically entered the funnel. I say "personal" because nobody will ever opt-in on your business lead capture page. They want to become a leader, and not a company.

The page for lead capture serves as the entry point into the funnel. Clicking the "Sign Up Now" and "Enter Here" buttons will open an entirely new world of marketing via network.

The best thing is that they are competent to perform the task. It's their choice. They have nothing to offer you other than your leadership skills and mentor and as someone who can assist to increase leads for their business.

This is the way a standard funnel works.

The "front-end", you can create a free offer that will draw and attract prospective customers who may be interested in buying your product later down the sales funnel. To receive your free product you must join (also known as opt-in) and give your email address and name. In turn you'll include them on your mailing list.

You can now include these contacts in your email lists so you can send them any other offers that are relevant to them.

Right after sign-up to receive the free offer, they will be taken to a webpage with a low price offer, also called trip wire offers. This is where they move to the "back-end of the funnel."

They are taken to another related offer at a lower price when they buy the lower-cost offer (also known as an upsell). If the buyer buys this higher priced offer, they'll be transferred to the next product at an even higher cost. This can go on and on...
